Foundational movement learned as infants – breathing, nodding, rolling, rocking, gait patterns help restore physical/mental health. Certified instructor Marty Twitchell leads this workshop yoga linking movement, breathing and meditation, and connect mind/body practice for health and relaxation. Combined Original Strength improves movement and encourages students to be more intuitive in their own practice. In-studio or online. $15
