Intermediate Yang16 Tai Chi, followed with Yang24.
Tai chi practice is a series of slow gentle martial arts
movements and physical postures, a meditative
state of mind, and controlled breathing.
Yang10 Tai Chi has easy stationary and symmetrical moves.
Yang16 moves in two directions.
Yang24 moves in all directions. Offered after Yang16.
Tai chi and qigong can improve strength, range of motion,
and overall physical function.
Benefits for fall prevention are likely due to improvements
in strength and balance. They also boost immunity and
reduce chronic inflammation.
