A slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, with poses that are held for longer periods of time
Join Joseph Moffitt, RYT-500, for this class targeting connective tissue and fascia with floor-bound shapes held for 3 -5 minutes. Inner and outer stillness is encouraged as sensations begin to build and develop over time. Experience greater mobility of hip joints and spine. Beginners welcome, but some yoga experience recommended. $12/session. Also offered online.
