EZStretch+Balance Tuesdays/Thursdays 10:15 am ($60/month 2x/week), ($40/month 1x/week), or $15/day.
Tai Chi Basics Tuesdays 11:15 am $50/month or $15/day. Add $10 to Basics monthly fee to participate in the first half of Thursdays’ Tai Chi Flow.
Tai Chi Flow (intermediate level) Thursdays 11:10 am $50/month or $15/day.
Bring water. Lessons are barefoot on the dojo’s mat. Bring a pair of socks if you do not want to be barefoot, or a pair of clean smooth outsole shoes to change into.
