A pregnancy yoga series for all trimesters. Safe postures for strength, flexibility, relaxation, and connection with your baby.
Join Emily Ellis, certified Pre/Post-Natal Yoga instructor and current pregnant yogi in a 6 week Pre-Natal Yoga Series. In this series, we will explore safe and effective postures, movements, and breathing techniques for all stages of pregnancy. Balance, strengthen, relax, and connect with yourself and baby. All trimesters are welcome, non-pregnant friends and partners are also welcome to join.
